Web Designer (HTML 5.0, Dreamweaver CS5, Flash CS5, Photoshop CS5)

Description:  Our Web Design course instructs the student on four modules (i.e. HTML 5.0, Dreamweaver CS6, WordPress, and Photoshop CS6). First, the student will learn the intermediate skills of web documents by understanding the HTML language, which is the underlying code of the web pages you see on the Internet. Secondly, the students will learn how to use an HTML Editor program called Dreamweaver CS6 to construct their own web pages. Then the student will learn how to create and manage a website with one of the most popular content management systems on the internet called WordPress. Finally, the student will be instructed on image editing by using a powerful image editing software called Photoshop CS6.  A student who covers all of these topics will have an overall background in Web Design and will have the skills to start developing their own websites.
