PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) credential is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. Globally recognized and demanded, the PMP® demonstrates that you have the experience, education and competency to lead and direct projects.
The Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation is a professional certification for individuals with extensive business analysis experience. CBAP recipients are experts in identifying the business needs of an organization in order to determine the best solutions. More and more companies are recognizing the CBAP designation and the value and expertise these professionals bring to their organizations.
The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) is a professional who is well versed in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology who either leads or supports improvement projects, typically as a part-time role. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt possesses a thorough understanding of all aspects within the phases of D-M-A-I-C (Define – Measure – Analyze – Improve – Control). They understand how to perform and interpret Six Sigma tools and how to use standard principles of Lean.
ITIL advocates that IT services are aligned to the needs of the business and support its core processes. It provides guidance to organizations and individuals on how to use IT as a tool to facilitate business change, transformation and growth. ITIL Key Capabilities are Support business outcomes, enable business change, manage risk in line with business needs, optimize customer experience, show value for money, and continually improve.
SCRUM MASTER is the facilitator for an agile development team. Scrum is a methodology that allows a team to self-organize and make changes quickly, in accordance with agile principles. The scrum master manages the process for how information is exchanged.

Admission Requirements: The candidate should be familiar with concepts and have some experience involving Project Management and Business Analysis. It is also preferred to have basic computing skills along with some experience using Microsoft Office.
