Description:  This combination course is designed for someone who is interested in Computer Repair, Help Desk Support, and Computer Networking/Security Specialist. In today’s job market, having the correct combination of skills and qualifications will ensure you a competitive chance at achieving your employment goals. This course will allow the student to first concentrate on his or her CompTIA A+ PC Technician certification which will allow the student to learn installation, troubleshooting, and upgrading of PC computers. The class is focused with HANDS-ON experience by assembling/disassembling a computer and installing different windows operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 7/8/10, etc.). The second part of this course focuses on the CompTIA Network + Certification.  This part of the course will discuss Media & Topologies, Protocols (i.e. TCP/IP) & Standards (i.e. OSI Network Model), Network Implementation, Network Support, and Troubleshooting.  During the third part of this course, the student will learn about how to Configure Windows 10.  During the MS-365 Fundamentals course, the student will cover the following subjects:  Installing, Upgrading, Migrating to Windows 10, Deploying Windows 10, Configuring Hardware & Applications, Configuring Network Connectivity, Configuring Access to Resources, Configuring Mobile Computing, Monitor and Maintaining Systems that run Windows 10, and Configuring Backup and Recovery Options.  Finally, the Linux part of this course will validate their experience by learning the fundamental management of Linux Systems, demonstrate the knowledge of user administration, understand file permissions, software configurations, and management of Linux-based clients, server systems and security.  After completing all the exams for certification, students can qualify to work as a Computer Technician, Field Technician, Network/OS Support Specialist, or a Desktop Support Specialist.
