Description: In today’s society and work environment, productivity is the key fundamental value that drives our economy. Productivity is achieved significantly by using Microsoft’s Office Suite of Products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, & Publisher) and today’s most popular web design software/languages (HTML 5.0,Dreamweaver CS6,Flash CS6,and Photoshop CS6). First, the student will learn the Intermediate and Advanced skills of web documents by understanding the HTML language, which is the underlying code of the web pages you see on the Internet. Secondly, the students will learn Intermediate and Advanced skills on how to use an HTML Editor program called Dreamweaver CS6 to construct their own web pages. Then the student will learn Intermediate and Advanced skills on how to create and input animation into their website by using a popular animation software called Flash CS6. Finally, the student will learn Intermediate and Advanced skills on image editing by using a powerful image editing software called Photoshop CS6. Next, the student will learn the intermediate and advanced office skills that are needed in today’s society by learning the following five Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, & Publisher). In order to gain the Microsoft Certified Application Specialist, the student must pass 4 certifications. Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (Master) exams provide a valid and reliable measurement of technical proficiency and expertise by evaluating your overall comprehension of Office or Microsoft Project programs, your ability to use their advanced features, and your ability to integrate the Office programs with other software programs. The student will also receive a FREE COMPUTER in this course package. After completing this course and passing all the certification exams, a student can apply for work as a Webmaster, Website Designer, Office Administrator, Clerical Worker, or Secretarial Position.
